SRMD Yoga is an initiative envisioned by Pujya Gurudevshri as a means to augment a seeker’s spiritual progress and wellbeing by facilitating physical and mental health. Through asana, pranayama, meditation, philosophy and other yogic techniques, SRMD Yoga promotes a holistic way of living by aligning one’s body, mind and soul.



Yoga Classes

Join fortnightly in-person yoga classes at West Pennant Hills, Marsden Park or Toongabie, Sydney or other local australian centres. You may also practice yoga at your home or office by subscribing to our SRMD Yoga channel on YouTube or our SRMD Blog.
